Core Yoga Class

About this Class

​Core Yoga is a complete vinyasa class that emphasizes on strengthening, stretching and "waking up" our center.  Our body's "core" is much more than abdominal muscles.  It is our complete midsection.  Students will learn to approach each asana "pose" from this place.

You will focus on:

  • flexibility
  • stability
  • regeneration
