In today's Internet, cable and video game culture, keeping kids active is more important than ever. In this class, your kids will get the exercise they need to grow healthy, strong and fit, all while having a blast in an exciting, non-competitive, social atmosphere. While this program is not necessarily sport specific, it will improve performance in children who play sports.
