Precision Training, Full Body Results
LIFT is a progressive training program crafted to optimize strength, weight loss, lean muscle gain and overall fitness. This class will emphasize lifting techniques for improved muscle size and strength.
Our newest workout combines 30 minutes of a cycling experience with 30 minutes of strength training. Push yourself through blocks of exercise as you sprint and climb on the bike and switch it up with TRX, sandbags, and grippers on the floor.
Integrating mobility, performance, and skills, COMPETE is designed to identify strengths and correct weaknesses to help you master fundamental movements. This foundation class is perfect for beginners as well as more advanced athletes looking to challenge their normal routines.
