About Peter

Peter has worked in the fitness industry going on a decade. He works with various clients, from athletes, to bodybuilders, to fitness enthusiasts of all ages. He began at the largest Crossfit Gym in Atlanta in 2012, working alongside the top coaches and athletes until he moved back to Brooklyn and took on a more nuanced and individualized approach in 2013. He has worked with top youth athletes through Ajax FC and programmed approaches to those coming back from devastating injuries. He meshes the top scientific physiologic and neurologic approaches, highest safety and efficacy standards in his unique program design.
