This super athletic alternative to a traditional barre class combines intense CORE focused movements, with endurance based CONDITIONING and CARDIOVASCULAR intervals (C3). A 60 minute strength centric workout that will leave no muscle unTONED as you lift, shift, rotate, push and pull your way to a stronger, more fit physique. This next level muscle sculpting experience involves precisely curated progressive circuits with a strong core focus using TRX, sandbags, weights and bands. Each block of work is designed to educate athletes on proper body mechanics and functional movement while challenging ones's strength and power through unique "Stoked Flows."
