About Jackie
Jackie attended Adelphi University and holds a degree in Exercise Physiology. Her previous experience as an Exercise Specialist in physical therapy offices and hospitals, combined with her education, has helped her to become one of the most competent rehabilitation trainers around. Jackie developed a passion for fitness at an early age, that blossomed while playing in high levels of competition in volleyball, basketball and softball across the country. As a NYSC Elite Trainer, she trains hundreds of clients, helping them successfully achieve their goals.
