3 Ways AI Improved My Training

As a seasoned fitness enthusiast with a background in Exercise Science, I never thought AI could elevate my training. However, when I think back to the start of my fitness journey, I remember wishing there was an easier way to train with intention.  

When I was new to the gym and had no idea how to program workouts, fuel for performance, or train with proper form, like so many others on their fitness journey, I learned through a combination of trial and error and YouTube.
