2025 General Manager Development Summit

This past week, we brought together General Managers from every NYSC club for our second annual General Manager Development Summit – three impactful days dedicated to growth, alignment, and leadership development. Joined by our District Managers, fitness leaders, corporate teams, and valued industry partners, the summit created space for meaningful learning and connection across all levels of our organization.

Throughout the event, our GMs engaged in hands-on breakout sessions centered on our updated leadership framework, reviewed major wins from the past year, and collaborated on forward-looking strategies to continue elevating the member experience. We were also fortunate to learn from top industry partners — including Les Mills, American Barbell, Mixo Ads, DX Factor, Core Health & Fitness, Throwdown, and Enos Consulting Group — who shared insights on everything from evolving consumer trends to the growing role of AI in shaping the future of fitness.

Bringing our entire management team together in one room created an energizing and inspiring environment. We also had the opportunity to celebrate excellence across the organization, recognizing team members with awards honoring service, performance, and leadership.
